Planet Dryers Limited has settled it’s High Court claim against Dodman Limited, Timothy Skerritt and Anthony Skerritt (claim no. HC-2014-000563) on confidential terms.  The parties agree that Planet Dryers Limited own the intellectual property rights in the Planet Dryers range of machinery including the Planet Dryers Triple Pass Dryer.
